Dankboy, despite the masculine connotation, is treated as a adjective and is used to describe an attractive female. It could also be used as a noun, in the same respect. Furthermore, the word can be used simply, as a replacement for the word "dank".

"Dude, the girls at this party are ridiculously dankboy."

"This party is full of Dankboys."

"I'm about to grub this dankboy grilled chicken caesar salad, ah hell yeah."
