When a person keeps items of significant and/or no significant relevance, yet hides them in certain parts of their residents; such as closets, drawers, cabinets, etc. instead of throwing them away or organizing them in their proper place.

A front tramp stamp: a tattoo on the area above the pubic bone and below the belly button. Either beside or on the iliac furrows created by the hip bones, aka the "cum gutters", this tattoo "clutters" the area with ink as it is generally as poorly done or trashy as your average tramp stamp.

An example for organized clutter is when a room is full of junk and useless stuff making clutter. But is's organized to the person who has all that organized junk. An outsider may view this as hoarding or an abomination of clutter that needs to be cleaned. But the person who has organized clutter would view this as organize clutter because the viewer betrays this as clean clutter everything is organized the way they like it except everything is a mess because it's cluttered how it's supposed to be to that person
