"Chigga" is used to describe a Chinese Chink who is deeply influenced by black culture.
Basically "nigga" for Chinese. Rappers in China start to put this word in their lyrics.

Jayson was raised by a balck family for two years and he acts like a black guy. He must be a real Chigga.
