Adamlance

Any prolonged LiveJournal fight that includes the principal parties and their extensive networks of allies. Often, an Adamlance will utilize the posting of comments by the different participants as a way to argue, harass, and gossip about each other. Such battles have been in existence since the beginning of LiveJournal, but the term Adamlance came into popular usage in the Mid-Michigan area after an especially visceral fight between Adam Lamblin and Lance Ferris.

Person 1: "Whoa did you see that Adamlance on Josh's journal entry from last week?"

Person 2: "Heck yeah, there were over 50 comments!"

Aadilstep

Aadilstep is a growing music genre with potentially life-threatening bass.

Known side effects of Aadilstep are:

Hafa Adai

This salutation or greeting is similar to "Aloha" in Hawaii. Just as Hawaiians are well known for saying "Aloha!" so are the natives of Guam just as well known for saying "Hafa Adai!" The greeting "Hafa Adai!" is literally translated into English as "What Friend" or "What Partner" But, because the literal translation loses meaning, the best or most close meaning is "How are you, Friend?" Or, "What's up Friend?" or "Hello!" A greeting you would say to someone you consider a friend. In Guam, the Chamorro greeting is a very friendly way of welcoming people. It's Polite, and Friendly. If you see a Guam Bumper sticker in the USA it will most likely say "HAFA ADAI" on it. The correct pronunciation of Hafa Adai is just like "Half a Day".

A Chamorro girl sees a cute Island Boy (Chamorro Boy) walking past her and she smiles kindly and says "Hafa Adai" and he nods and says "Hafa Adai" back.

As they pass each other they both smile. Two strangers greeting each other as friends. :) That's the Chamorro way.

Adamlaphic Shock

A state of antsiness or anxiety when one goes too long without seeing pictures of Adam Lambert or hearing his music. A common find in Glamberts and Lambskanks.

Kav: What's wrong with you? You're all jumpy and antsy.

A beautiful girl who manages to touch the hearts of everyone around. Her smile can light up a room and make your world go round. She is cute, vibrant and the most amazing and adorable person you will see. She is shy and creative. She loves to be there for others and most times underestimates her own worth, when really she is one of the most amazing girls ever. She isn’t afraid to be herself and doesn’t get involved with gossip. She has a great singing voice and while she doesn’t believe it her impact in many peoples lives makes them be very greatful for her existance. She’s amazing to date, she likes commitment and if you have her you have a future with her. Adaley is someone who you don’t wanna let get away she is truly one of kind, and special like no other.
