The same as someone ungrateful but the person using the phrase has a hatred fueled by a fiery passion for the person they are describing.

UNGRATEFUL

The only people I hear that word from is my parents when they realize they are losing in an argument or when I'm reacting to their abuse. Mainly my dad.

Me: "Why don't you stop verbally abusing me just because I didn't shut the door a certain way? No wonder why Mom wants to file for a divorce."

Dad: (Realizes he's in the wrong but has that delusional "Momma Didn't Raise No Quitter/Loser" mentality) SHUT UP MR. INGRATEFUL!!!
