Mascot of the high-energy rock band, Disturbed. Often depicted as a demented smiling face, The Guy has recently been personified by Todd McFarlane in Disturbed's 2005 release, Ten Thousand Fists.

That Guy

That Guy refers to a person who appears in the background of a photograph often without the consent or knowledge of the photogropher of subjects of the picture. That guy often takes the focus of the photo off the intended subject. That guy is often seen making a funny face or rude gesture, commonly a blowjob gesture. There is a category on college humor.com of That Guy pictures.

I took a picture of my friends at the beach but That Guy is right in the middle of it.

Calling someone "That Guy" is saying that they would obviously be the one that would do a particular thing. This reference can only be made after the event has happened.

Person 1: Dude I'm so sorry but I just clogged your toilet again.

Person 2: Wow... You would be That Guy that clogs my toilet more than once.
