Chicken tenders (the food). Usually used to refer to good times in a self-deprecating way - i.e., I'm successful so I'm eating chicken tenders. In other words, I'm new at this success thing, so the most interesting thing I can do with my gains is eat loads of chicken tenders. In a shorter usage, it refers to the gains themselves.
