Refer to the two base words: thirsty rachet. When used in combination such as thachet one can send an insult with ultimate effectiveness. This insult is a smorgasbord of greasy ghetto and desperate need for hoes or playas. Thachets are often found in urban night life enviornments but not limited to that.

Nicely dressed man at the club: "Oh my god there are so many thachets in here"

Friend: "Hells yeah, these hoes is desperate"

Thachet 1: "Oh hey guys, wanna buy us some drinks?"

Thachet 2: "We'll suck yo dick!"
