Spuffbag

A common problem afflicting nymphomaniacs;
vaginal intercourse resulting in the female collecting copious deposits of spuff (semen) in the vagina which has not yet dribbled out of the vaginal entrance.

This now makes the female full of spuff, hence the name spuffbag.
