She/they are prefered pronouns of anyone, who feels comfortable with them. It's extremelly valid and should be respected. Those pronouns are usually used by demi girls ( a person, who had been assigned as a female at birth, but doesn't identify with this gender fully), but can be used by any other genders. Those people usually have a preference in which one of these pronound to use, so the most respectful thing you can do is ask her/them which they prefer.

A completely cool and valid set of pronouns that absolutely rock! People who use these pronouns are usually Demigirls, and they and she can be used interchangeably. (So freaking cute and valid <3 )
