Roshambo

Roshambo is a series of best-of-three rock-paper-scissors duels, with the loser of each duel being subjected to a swift kick or knee strike below the belt. These duels keep going until one of the participants is too hurt to continue.

Roshambo can be played to determine who gets ownership of an item, who has to pay for something or just to pass the time.
