A very poor business model often associated with race due to origins in Asia, India, and Jerusalem.

Quickiemart penny pincher wouldn't let me use the bathroom then buy something, he made me buy it first and I couldn't make it so I pissed on the counter.

Quite often they do have the money to pay for their pair of gorgeous quality primark nails. but they choose not to spend that money. You may see these little rats running around primark in their north face leggings and nike 97’s. Be Warned
