Make plans

A euphemism for masturbation.

Refers to the mental state people sometimes enter while masturbating, where they want to extend and prolong the pleasure they receive from masturbation. They make grandiose "plans" on how they will carry everything out to maximize their pleasure. This state of mind is quickly lost after climax has passed.

I was going to go out last Friday night, but instead I stayed home and made plans.

I scheduled half an hour for myself to make plans. Unfortunately, I finished after 5 minutes and watched TV instead.

If a person has 'big plans' they are attempting to, or are going to carry out a school shooting. Particularly if mumbled whilst leaving a classroom.

When you have a friend that always talks about getting a job and going to college but doesn’t actually get up and put forth effort to do so is someone who makes “pillow plans”—nothing but fluff
