Plans you make with people you have no real intention of carrying out
:Plans friends make knowing they will never happen

Person 1 "Hey it's been a long time, we should get together soon and do something!
Person 2 "Yeah of course, I'll let you know when I'm free..." (He just made Ghost plans with him)
