If a person has 'big plans' they are attempting to, or are going to carry out a school shooting. Particularly if mumbled whilst leaving a classroom.

Person 1: "Hey, are you excited for school on Monday"
Person 2: "Yeah, I've got some BIG PLANS"
Person 1: Avoids Person 2
