One of the only cities in LA County CA that has a huge amount of smoke shops and bootleg insurance offices as well as people here being extremely unpredictable, most likely your neighbor will either be a loud Hispanic family that plays latino hip hop music, drinks modelos every night til 5 am or you live next to a preppy white girl that moved from the valley and always asks you to have wine wit her and watch movies with her.

Man: damn that middle aged white lady who is also our neighbor always wants us to have wine and watch rom coms wit her!
Woman: well we are in Norwalk where things are unpredictable, check out the neighbors that constantly blast they’re Latino music and throw beer cans everywhere, YUCK!!
