A Lipstick Lesbian is a stereotype subset of lesbians. They are usually high fashion and wear make-up (something not generally associated with lesbians). Because they dress this way they will "appear straight", but are only interested in women.

She wore high heels, makeup and all the boys loved her, but they'd never know she was a Lipstick Lesbian and only interested in women.
