A word used to describe something you cant think of the name for, such as:

Girl 1: "Can you hand me the kooshni?"
Girl 2: "The what?"
Girl 1: "You know, the kooshni?"
Girl 2: "The remote...?"

Girl 1: "Yeah that!"
