Root: Fresh
A male degenerate term used to describe a hot slude of a particularly young age - usually uttered under the breath whilst in passing, as young sludes will typically have nothing to do with degens...at all.

In general:
in hushed tones "freshhhhakaaaaa" whilst leering repulsively.

As a chant:
really loudly "fresh fresh freshaka, fresh fresh freshaka!" which starts low, then grows to loud volumes - often accompanied by repeated banging of fists on a table.
