I made up this word when I was little, and it means to run and jump around and most of the time move your arms in random directions.

They were froligating around in the living room so much, that everyone thought it looked fun so they joined in and now everyone is froligating

Je suis froid

Using proper french, one says J'ai froid- rather than Je suis froid.

In many regions it tends to mean that some one is awkward, or distant.

In many cases people use it as slang for someone who has erectile disfunction, and or 'cold' in bed.

Joe said "sorry, Je suis froid" last night, it was so embarrassing.
