Space Filler

Space Filler - a person who fills the empty space in your life. When someone doesn't want to be alone, but doesn't want a relationship, doesn't know many people in a new city or place, situation or group. Can be same sex or opposite sex. If opposite sex, the Space Filler can sometimes become a sex partner as well. Someone you hang out with, spend time with that you enjoy, but may not have a lot in common with or is someone you wouldn't seek out as friend or partner under normal circumstances. Someone of the opposite sex you ‘use’ to keep you from thinking about the person you really want to be with, but can’t for numerous reasons. A Space Filler eases the pain and loss of not being able to be with the person you want. Men more often than women use Space Fillers after a recent divorce or break up. They are also someone you would never want a real relationship with, hence they are filling the empty space until someone better comes along.

I thought Jacob didn't want to be in a relationship? He doesn't, he is using Emily as a Space Filler. He just hangs out with her because she isn't relationship material, so no strings attached.

Sam's new boyfriend is cute! Oh, that's not her boyfriend, Max is her Space Filler, until she can get Todd to take her back.

Seat Filler

A regular person used to fill up space (usually) in award shows so it looks like it's packed full with people. Whenever somebody gets up to accept an award, a 'seat filler' is ordered to sit in that seat. They're may also be used to seperate celebrities from others, as award shows have a very strict seating chart to avoid any problems.

Guy: Alright, Maroon 5 is getting up to accept their 'award', you guys will take their seats.

Filleruto

A show where 5 episodes can’t go by without a filler chasing it’s way into the anime. Chris told goatffy to watch naruto but had to mention the filler rate so he can skip them. Very few anime have something where you have to check after every episode whether or not what your watching is real or not. That is what filleruto is.

facebook filler

People you don't really talk to on facebook, but you just keep in there to increase your volume of friends.

example 1:
"Hot woman on your wall there, bud..."

"Yeah, she's nice.
Oh wow, I haven't talked to her in... a year now.
Hmmm, I guess she's just a facebook filler."

example 2:
"Wow, 974 facebook friends, hey?
Mostly facebook fillers, I presume?"

bowl filler

When you blast out such a quantity of shit that you literally fill the toilet bowl. Depending on the size of the particular bowl, you may or may not be sitting in your own pile by the end.

Honey, I knew I shouldn't have eaten those three buffets yesterday. I just had a bowl filler and clogged up the bedroom toilet. Now I need to call a plumber to get all that shit down.
