Nutsy fagan

Nutsy Fagan is when someone is in a situation with another someone who is acting completely out of sorts (nuts, loony, berserk)and can sometimes, if successful, make the people around them embarrassed or disgusted.

Its a popular slang phrase from east anglia meaning: Chino Fag. It originally came from the spanish term: el fagochinoz. Fagnos are the most annoying twats (apart from hipsters). Fagnostic

From the roots fag- meaning gay and agnostic meaning indifferent. A person who is fagnostic isn't really gay, but isn't really opposed to the idea. Most fagnostics are closet cases or 'three beer queers.' Also, refer to 'hipster.'
