A type of semiconductor manufacturer that is characterized by a very small company that has to behave unethically to get work accomplished. Basically means that everybody has to lie to suppliers about practically anything just in order to justify keeping your own job, everyday.

Fable=A story that means something to tell you. Like as the example says,

I looked down at my shoes. They were blue. My friend comes up to me, “oi, those shoes look tasty!” I look at him, “they’re blue tho.” My friend flips me over and eats my shoes. Moral of the fable? Don’t wear blue shoes ;-;
