Donja

Never completely growing up for sake of making the most out of life.

Don't give in, be yourself.

Hate working/paying tax/not having fun and refuse to accept the obligations of social responsibility that comes with age? Then you got Donja.

Donja is term that's roots go back to a band that set up in Liverpool in March 2009 called 'The Donja Vines'. Their music berates social mechanisms which restrict the individual from gaining contentment and offers a philosophy based on respecting the rite of everyone to enjoy life how they see fit, so long as nobody gets hurt. Their music either has a go at ‘the man’ or is written to make you feel good, to spread the donja.

Everyone has donja in them; it’s that universal feeling of revolt towards things you disagree with, especially social strife. But more, it can be that feeling of hope, that warm summer feeling you get when you wake up without the alarm and see the person you love laying next to you. It can be that feeling you get, that elation, when you're team wins, or when your child takes his/her first steps or when you hear some good news. In short, donja is the power of positive human emotion.

I will beat this ordeal.
