Chom chom

A tropical fruit (technically a berry) that has to be peeled before being eaten. Chom choms are found at most grocery stores in their yellow state. They typically grow in clusters called bunches and do not have to be cooked before being eaten. Lesser educated people often refer to chom choms as bananas and peel them upside down.
