A term used by simian liberal partisans on Fark.com to malign conservatives or anyone who criticizes President Obama. It is more or less synonymous with "sore loser", in reference to the landslide Democratic victory in November 2008. (Bizarrely, the implication is that the Democrats anally raped the Republicans.)
