Made popular by the anime series "One Piece" Brooking is when a person makes a joke or statement involving a specific subject matter that is generally opposed to the regular subject matter. Browsing Pace

The lower speed of masturbation used whilst browsing pornography on the internet. This form of masturbation is purposely done at a slower pace to maintain an erection, while avoiding any unwanted ejaculation. The normal speed of masturbation is restored once the user selects a desired video clip.
