Bottlenecker

Is the derogatory name for people who fail to evolve to their respective society in a functioning way. The word was coined from an observation of sociopolitical evolution (or the lack thereof) pertaining to psychographic groups in America most likely to be arrested or suffer from perceived systemic oppression. The term "bottlenecker" can apply to anyone; though, it's most commonly associated with black people who are trapped in an evolutionarily psychological prison who use "systemic oppression" as an excuse for their cultural failures. Instead, there is the viewpoint of a socially evolutionary "bottleneck" pertaining to blacks who can't make it on their own in western civilization, in contrast with those who can.

Also known more pejoratively as "bottlenigger" when speaking specifically about blacks.

If you're black, pro-black, and a supporter of Black Lives Matter, you are nothing more than a bottlenecker to me.

Beetleneck can also be a nickname, an adjective, and a verb, essentially replacing any word. In modern terms, a stim word.

There is a false definition on the urban dictionary of beetleneck, made as slander in 2015. Beetleneck is NOT a slur or derogatory term, and was never used as such.
