Simply a beer. I used this when fishing with my friend. I told my 9 year old son to get me a brewski. Was just made up as we never heard it before. This was around 1985 in Vermilion Ohio.

Brewski is a work that you randomly say with a high pitched voice at any random time alone or in public. Not sure why, but saying "brewski" gives a calming/chill feeling.
