The Goy Effect is when a person(s) blindly tells you something about yourself that is not true. They use this as a winning argument to discredit what you had previously said.
John: Did you know that Jews are actually Satanists?
Jim: That wouldn't make since, Satanists do not push beliefs/proselytize. It is against our nature.
John: Come on, of course you push your beliefs. Nobody in their right mind would follow the Devil.
Jim: Obviously you are just stupid. Do your research next time.
Jim Later: *thinking* The Goy Effect really brings out the worst in people. Maybe they should do their research next time..

Stereotypical situation when a new girl joins a group, class, etc. And most guys in the group immediately tries to impress her, hit on her, get to know her, etc.
Taken from the comic The Smurfs where Smurfette moves to the male dominant city of the smurfs and all the smurfs there immediately tries to be with her.

A modern variation of The Jesus Effect, wherein the majority of people dont care about someone or even like the person(and often disliking them) until they die and then they do a 180 by now worshipping the deceased person and speaking highly of them. They will often go on about how good the person was and act like they didnt dislike/hate/not care about the person the day before they were dead.
A more recent variant of this is "The Harambe Effect"

"This is the Anna Nicole Smith Effect all over again, you didnt care about that monkey but now it dies and youre all about apes rights... Hokay."

A "blur effect" is a psychological state in which an individual experiences a distorted perception of reality, causing everything and everyone in their surroundings to appear hazy and indistinct. This condition is often marked by narcissistic and bipolar tendencies, as the person becomes detached from others, seemingly looking past everyone, and is primarily focused on their own emotions and desires, causing disruptions in their relationships and behaviors.
In the midst of the blur effect, the individual's world becomes a hazy and disconnected realm where everything and everyone appear indistinct, and they predominantly fixate on their own emotions and desires, exhibiting narcissistic and bipolar tendencies.

The “Fueled By Ramen” Effect refers to the idea that whenever a band gets signed to the record label Fueled By Ramen, their sound becomes a lot more pop-oriented and generic. The idea seemed to cement itself in reality shortly after Fueled By Ramen joined the umbrella label Elektra in 2018.
Person 1: “Yo, are you excited for the new Waterparks album?”
Person 2: “Nah, the Fueled By Ramen Effect got to them. The new stuff just doesn’t hit as hard.”
