patriotism

A form of self-worship, which permits dishonest politicians to persuade the people to surrender their liberties and even act against their own material interests. See example for details. Often a trait of people who have not themselves contributed to their country anything much that is positive, but are trying to derive honor vicariously. (I except from this definition the actions of combat veterans who sincerely believed, rightly or wrongly, that they were fighting for their country.)
"Patriotism is your conviction that this country is superior to all other countries because you were born in it." - George Bernard Shaw

patriotically correct

1) An honest and patriotic expression or means of speech reflecting the pride, honor, respect, traditional history, and integrity of or for one's country and fellow countrymen; speech or expression that does not succumb to the pressures of political correctness. Nature of use is primarily American.

2) The way every true American citizen should speak or behave, regardless of whether they are American born or legal immigrants.
1) The fact that the textbook acknowledged our Founding Fathers as "fathers" was a rather patriotically correct statement versus the politically correct versions that have begun calling them the Founders of Freedom so as to not be sexist.

2) Jorge chose to stand at the ball game, holding his hand over his heart during the Star Spangled Banner and facing the American flag, rather than remaining seated as some of his friends did.

United Patriots Front

The Australian branch of global fascism.

The States have the KKK; the Brits have Ukip; the Aussies have the United Patriots Front.

They oppose non-whiteness and non-Aussie religion. Sorry I'm not talking about the Indigenous religion known as the Dreaming that goes back thousands of years in Australia, but the religion introduced to the country in 1788.

For example, Jesus wasn't born a Middle-Eastern man in a manger, but a bronzed Aussie with tight pecks, wrapped in an Australian flag.

If you understand the difference between an adjective and a verb, you needn't apply. All that matters is the flag, juicing up, praying to the ANZACs, hating anything not white and a lack of charisma.
The United Patriots Front is an emerging body of critical thinkers who have crafted a mythology about the way Australia is or was or should be or something. Like all white supremacists, they are ticked off with their own lives and are blaming anyone who believe in basic human rights for their misery.

United Patriots Front

The United Patriots Front (UPF) is a populist far-right movement based in Australia which opposes Islam. Although the UPF and its members deny being racist, their social media video rants and behaviour at protests suggests otherwise. The UPF leaderships is made up of militaristic narcissistic racists, and its followers tend to be uneducated bogans who feel disenfranchised under the current system of government and/or intimidated by people who have intellectual capacity beyond grunting.
"I'm going to a protest rally today organised by the United Patriots Front because I'm a racist bigot."

patriotic

Describes actions of one who is willing to self sacrifice for the genuine good of ones country. Sometimes mistakenly described as those with blind loyalty and unwilling to question authority.
The amount of flags on a front lawn does not determine how patriotic a person is. A healthy mistrust of government is truly patriotic.
