A charmer is an unexpected strong scream, always freaking the crap out of the person receiving the charmer, and usually in the form of the sound "WAOW!". Charmer is a misnomer, since the scream isn't charming at all, just weird and obnoxious. Featured in the song, "Charmer", by Kings of Leon.

Tim: "So yesterday, at school, I was talking to-"
Holden: "WAOW!"
Tim: "Shit! Stop it with the charmers!"
