Sick tribal

An overly large and ornate "tribal" tattoo. These are generally worn on the upper arms of psuedo metal head jocks or frat boys and are universally frowned upon by the tattoo community (artists and collectors) for being essentially meaningless and trendy.

(Over zealous dude) "Nice ink dude, check this out though"
(apprehensive you) "Sure, lemme see what ya got"
(Still over zealous dude) "I just got this piece done yesterday"

Sick in the Dick

An adjective used to express something that is extremely impressive, awesome, breathtaking, magnificent, staggering or wonderful. When something truly exceeds your expectations.

Like the word sick, the phrase Sick in the Dick is used to add that extra bit of emphasis.

Can also be abbreviated to the initialism SITD.

Did you see that GT4 RS drive by? It's Sick in the Dick!

Rickity Shickity

A game played with a ball or other object with two or more players. The object is thrown up onto a angled surface, such as a roof, by Player 1 (P1), and P2 must catch the object midair and throw it back onto the roof. Then P3. Then P4. and so on. Until P1 plays again. If a player is on the ground when they catch it, miss the ball, or throw the ball over the roof, they lose a point or gain a letter. Rickity Shickity can be scored many ways. HORSE scoring is common. You can also play elimination after a certain number of violations. Also, this game is hilarious to watch when the participants are tipsy or drunk.

ghetto sick

Term used to describe when a female from the ghetto gets pregnant, but thinks she is sick so she constantly drinks orange juice to alleviate her "sickness".
