The act of deceiving or conning a person into believing everything you say is correct.
Pulling a Jobs relates to Steve Jobs and his tendency to exaggerate how great his products are.

Customer: I'm thinking of buying this car
Dealer: It's the best car ever, it can do anything you want. It's the fastest car and the most fuel efficient.
Customer: I'll take it!
(10 minutes after leaving the dealership the car breaks down)
Customer: FUCK HE JUST PULLED A JOBS!

Johns company won a huge job and they couldn't handle it. That is why they are no longer in business. For him at first it was a brag job.

Whack Jobbing

A term used within the Italian American population, typically in the metro Chicago area. Typically used to describe someone who has a lack of intelligence of nearly historic proportions (along with a slightly abnormal psychological issue) who seems to make it their job to have everyone note how truly "fucked up" they are.
