Often times a reference to drugs that inmates are attempting to acquire through various means and methods. Used more frequently for this purpose on the East Coast. "Situation" can also be a reference to a territory an individual has been charged with for the purposes of dealing drugs.
"Don't uh, don't say too much, I can't talk about anything specific, but uh, I got that um, that situation coming next week."

Get the Situationship mug.In terms of anxious distress that is predominantly caused by the situation the person finds themself in rather than anxious distress that is attributed to genetics, long standing socioeconomic situations, or chronic existential crises.
While I believe the patient does suffer from anxiety, their current level of anxiety is more based on situationality--the fact that there is a pandemic with a recession, rather than their own chronic issues or ebbs and flows of anxiety disorders. I would not raise their dosage, based on situationality.
