Get the spooky stalkmug. Job Stalking is the phenomenon of employers viewing your job application repeatedly for some reason, but then never reaching out to you in any way. They will view your application multiple times for no reason . One theory is that they see you are qualified, but are biased against folks with a lot of education and not much experience. They want to value your education, but will not reach out because of political correctness and age discrimination for younger recent college grads.
Eric applied to a job on Zip Recruiter for an entry level IT position. The employer kept viewing his application and a notice kept showing up on Eric's phone that his application had been viewed by the employer who's job he applied to. Eric was worried about Job Stalking.

Gang stalking is three or more individuals, who have a common identity and engage in criminal activities, exhibit predatorial like behaviors in order to instill fear, weaken and dehumanize (denial of full humanity along with the cruelty and suffering that accompany it) on one individual. They make themselves known without making themselves known to the individual. They are ubiquitous and are wherever the individual chooses to go at any given time.

Usually done by an ex-gf/bf, a wanna-be gf/bf or in sneaky cases, by someone who wants you to friend them but does not want to send a friend request for fear of being rejected, so posts it on mutual friend's page.
Usually this pop-up is ignored, like most screen pop-ups because it's an obvious "look at me" attempt.
