Trevor's Lightning 

By which something is obliterated; totally destroyed beyond recognition.

Trevor's Lightning refer's to the hypothetical weather phenomenon which poses the question, "What if all the Lightning on Earth struck the same place at once?" Named after the man who posed the question, Trevor Jones. In which, the subsequent bolt, would be comparable to a Nuke.

"Your ass is gonna be Trevor's Lightning."
"Man I'm so hungry, that food is gonna be Trevor's Lightning."
"Did you see the demolition site? It's practically Trevor's Lightning."

Struck by your own lightning

A situation where a trap, plan, or rule that someone created to harm others ends up backfiring and causing harm to themselves. Similar to the Indonesian phrase "senjata makan tuan."

John: Did you hear about Mark? He created a fake account to ruin his rival's reputation, but he accidentally leaked his own IP address!

Leo: Wow, that is a textbook definition of getting struck by your own lightning.

A web interface where the link target, regardless of type though usually a photo or video, appears in a superimposed, pop over layer often with the original page greyed out to display media without surfing away from the original page. An alternative to a pop up. This feature is popularoften associated with Web 2.0 designs and also called single modal window, lightbox, or slimbox.

Many photo galleries show enlargened photos in a lightwindow.

Red-lighting

Red-lighting/to red-light is to draw unwanted attention to yourself or another person, usually when committing a criminal act or trying to get away with something shady.

You risk red-lighting yourself &/or another person by behaving in a manner that may elicit unwanted scrutiny.

In Australia the saying is usually used by those who have a criminal background and tends to be associated with people from that demographic.

Examples;
Sitting in a car for an extended period of time when waiting to score.
Being under the influence when dealing with authority figures.

Engaging in avoidable, often pointless activities that put a person at risk of discovery when they would otherwise be in a position to evade notice such as;
driving a few km over the speed limit, using your mobile while driving, stealing something trivial, engaging in unnecessary conflict (verbal or otherwise), littering and so on.

"Mate, I ended up red-lighting myself something bad waiting for Jimbo to show."

"You're just going to red-light yourself driving to Springvale in that car."
