A person who is a nuicance to society, drugged up on a lot of fenthanyl. These poeple are typically homeless and show very unusual behaviour like: barely being able to stand up. Typically they have very few to no teeth and smell like ass. A fentadroid is a few levels up from the elusive "crackhead" in the homeless hierarchy.
