A slang phrase meaning, "If you don't hurry up and do something, you are gonna miss out." or "If you don't do this, you are gonna feel like a dumb shit (like you've been 'shitted on')and regret it later."

Note: 'before' can also be shortened to 'fo' for a more urban slang feel.

This is the sexual act of teasing your partner for such an extended amount of time and just barely keep him from ejaculating. And when you think the time is right, you simply start having normal sex so he can't manage to hold it back for more than 10 seconds.

or the more correct version of this one :
