Linger Working is taught by direct superiors and usually caused by no predetermined time deadline or little interest in day to day activites by higher ups. In most cases, lingering is actually encouraged by chain of command.

Get the work comamug. When train companies shut various parts of the national network (usually on a weekend), causing untold inconvenience for the mugs who already pay through the nose for a shite service. Incredibly gay (no offence) and annoying.
