Is a type of haircut fancied by some girls that want to mix punk-rock with the DIY tendencies, cutting their own hair and making a disaster, therefore a mutilated mullet = a mutillet. Some times by mistake of handling the scissors, some times as fashion statement, you can see girls sporting lavender or mixed colored mutillets at any hipster coffee shop.
