A literal rat is someone quite rare to come across. They seem friendly, but have the largest superiority complex. All in all, there face has a composition that causes their eyes to be too close; nose to hold of the face; one eyebrow; and the head shape of a jellybean. They are to be avoided, unless you want your family, yourself and those you know to be attacked by one.
