Impostorphe

An incorrectly placed, unnecessary, or missing apostrophe.

Included in this are greengrocer's apostrophes, but any misused apostrophes can be classed as impostorphes, especially unneeded ones, and ones put in the wrong place.

The impostorphe in that sign reading "Do not feed the pig's" should be destroyed.

"Impokent"..... Ha... I'll see about entering this into the Dictionary of Modern Slang.... Defined as the repeated Failure or inability to rise to the occasion when Poked on Facebook.... would be called "Impokent".

She poked me repeatedly on Facebook but I did not rise to the occasion and Poke her back... so she circulated the rumor that I was "impokent" .
