A recipe or food item that has been altered from it's traditional form in order to make it more upscale or fancy, usually with the result of ruining the dish.

They've taken a delicious plate of meatloaf and gourmetified it with truffles and ground duck so that it's ruined.

Gurgerlfert

A gurgerlfert is when you fart makes a hollow bubbling sound of of your backside. This is not a shard because you have no reminisce on your underwear.

For example: See Dumb and Dumber when Llyod gives Harry a laxative and he sits on the bowl to relieve himself. It's that sound minus the poo.
