Caps locker

Caps locker is someone who writes everything using upper case. Usually they're dumb, misspell a lotta words and can't make a right sentence 'cause they can't speak English very well.

Caps locker: HEY PAL, YOUR MOTHER SUCKED MY BALS YESTEERDAY, IT IS GREAT SUCKER, YOUR MOTHER SHE IS.

Cool dude: lol, you DO suck.

rotating caps

This is seen mainly in Xbox gamertags. People will make a gamertag such as xXxLeGiTsNiPeRxXx, which has rotating caps. This is basically when there is a word or phrase that alternates between lowercase and uppercase letters.

Jeff: Hey add me on Xbox Live
John: Alright, what's your gamertag?
Jeff: xXxLeGiTsNiPeZxXx
John: ... are you serious...
Jeff: What?
John: You have rotating caps in your gamertag...
Jeff: 1v1 me!

A term used to describe a decapitation that doesn't remove the victim's entire head--often removing only from the nose upward. The half-cap is commonly seen in slashers or other horror films.
