A new urban style of dancing. Mostly carried out at parties or shows in a "jerkin pit" or a "circle jerk". Can also be performed mostly anywhere. People have cited it as an urban version of a hardcore "moshpit".

The dance itself has multiple key dance moves such as;

-Pindropping

Emo Jerkin'

Style of music that is made by "jerkin''' artists, but is very much like R & B and in touch with feelings. Anytime there is 1) a beat from someone who also makes jerkin' beats and 2) the artist sounds more like he's singing than rapping, then it is emo jerkin'. It is sometimes hard to actually jerk(traditional fast pace moves) to emo jerkin' music, but it definitely makes you nod your head and move somehow or someway.

Mike Almighty's music is emo jerkin', but it slaps ridiculously.
