Defines a mean ignorant person who doesn’t know how to shut up. Mainly used against the ginger irish male party. When talking to this person you’ll realize this person is extremely annoying and always thinks their right when they’re not. Usually “Scottalishions” are sticky IPad kids who sit in their room all day and play Fortnite with their so called “friends” (when we all know they have none.)
