An Empire of a variety otter but mainly River Otters, there army is composed of the Navy,(Sea Otters)The Air force(Gliding Otters TM all rights reserved)The Military(The River Otters as the tanks, and the smaller otters as the army men) There favorite food is seafood and sushi. There favorite drink is wayl!fe chocolate milk. There empire stretches over 500 rivers, a quarter of the Pacific and Atlantic Ocean, and half of the Indian Ocean. Allies are the Harold Army TOP SECRET FILE: CLASSIFIED. Secret Weapons = A variety of nuclear missiles, Tanks made of titanium, and flamethrowers.
