Someone who is awkward all the time. You feel like you can't even talk to them because they are always slow and they dont talk to you because they deep down hate life. You sometimes feel like you could have a strong bond with this person if they didnt make you feel like shit with there awkwardness.

I couldn't even talk to John yesterday because he was being so oaty.
