An obnoxious term used for someone with a bad attitude or mood also used to say that someone is grumpy or has a bad disposition.

E.g

She is always mad. Must be that negative dildo up her backside.

A strategy to pick up chicks that incels popularized circa 2012. It involves tossing a mild insult at a girl disguised as a compliment in a attempt to bring down their confidence enough to like you either as a date or as a friend. Unfortunately most girls have now heard about this and if they realize they are experiencing a neg, it can massively backfire

2.Noun: A proverbial scapegoat meant to counter arguments that seek to blame the game
